Event logs

Mode: one channel per category. Posts come from the Dexy Logs webhook Dexy makes in each log channel (it needs Manage Webhooks there), with the member's ID in the footer; when it can't, Dexy posts them itself with Get User ID / Jump to Context buttons. Message text is only kept in memory, for an hour. Left out: #bot-spam
