Message text is only kept in memory, for an hour.
That's how a deleted message's text can still be posted. Nothing is written down, and Dexy's own messages are never logged.

A private channel like #server-log. Give Dexy View Channel and Manage Webhooks there: logs are posted through a webhook Dexy makes.

No. The module is off by default, and nothing is posted until it's on and a category or an event has a channel.
